The source of the comment was Herr Kissinger and it came to our direct listenable attention via armed forces radio in Europe. There had been some dissent towards further war against the Middle East and the ruling human elite used their radio propaganda network in Europe to bolster the New World Order brainwash and semi-terrorist policies.
